The project developed the prototype of a modular training path to be offered to in-service school teachers in order to enhance their competences to deliver citizenship education in their respective educational context, referring to the Teachers Competences Framework already developed and to the Whole School Approach Toolkit. The inclusion of a similar modular training path in curricula for future teachers was also proposed with respect to existing higher education curricula leading to the teaching profession in the five countries where partners are based. The prototype was tested with a small transnational group of teachers and the feedback were used to consolidate the proposed learning path.
